My name is Olutayo Abiodun and I am a board certified                                               geriatric pharmacist, who has been actively involved in the                                         management of the pharmacotherapy of older adults                                                   for close to a decade.​

                                       My passion for elderly pharmacotherapy                                                                         management started when I was posted to head the                                                    geriatric pharmacy unit in my hospital. I discovered that                                              geriatric medicine is less developed in this setting, hence there are numerous challenges facing the older ones in the area of pharmacotherapy while noting that a lot of elderly people are unable to live good quality lives as a result of taking too many medications and becoming weighed down with adverse/side  effects of these medications.

​Nothing inspires me more than having to resolve medication related issues in the elderly and seeing them look healthy.
